This short course is ideal for Science coursework that involves analysis of experimental data. It is also perfect for homeschool or unschooling students that want to be able to keep track of their own projects. The sessions will be practical: I will show students how to use the software while sharing my screen, then ask them to go through the controls themselves. We will repeat as necessary. I may ask students to share their screen to troubleshoot. I will encourage students to support each other via providing feedback or suggestions. Session 1: basics of Excel: data formatting and shortcuts. Session 2: making simple charts using data I will provide. Session 3: adding extra elements, formatting, and making more complex charts. Session 4: work on your own project or practice with data I provide. I will help with troubleshooting and formatting. No required knowledge.

Students will be able to create visualisations of numerical data using Excel.
