As a native (British) English speaker and certified TEFL teacher, I am excited to help your learner to develop their English language skills and improve their overall fluency.
This lesson will be designed and tailored around your child’s interests and individual needs based on their current level of English. . Every lesson is interactive: I use a variety of age-appropriate activities to engage students and to make learning English as fun as possible.
I appreciate that each student is unique.
At least 24 hours in advance of class, please send me a message or leave a comment in the classroom to request a theme or an area of interest for your learner. This will give me time to individualise the lesson. If your child is working through a particular curriculum or level, please let me know so that I can closely match the learning to best match their current English skills.
If you have any further questions, simply send me a message and I will respond as soon as possible.

The goal and focus of the lesson will vary according to each student and parental requests.
In general, lesson goals will be based on the following:
*Developing fluency and pronunciation
*Teaching new vocabulary
*Developing grammar through verbal and written practice and interactive games
*Reading acquisition - sight recognition of new vocabulary words and pronunciation practice
*Listening skills - interpreting what they have heard
*Writing skills - writing words, sentences or paragraphs with greater accuracy (depending on age/level of your learner)其他詳情

Kahoot! is a 3rd Party App (a quiz-based interactive game). This is an optional interactive resource to help engage your learner. If you wish your child to have access to these interactive quizzes, you will need to visit www.kahoot.com and create a free account for them.
If applicable, I may use age-appropriate short video clips from YouTube/BBC to develop your learner’s experience of different British accents (e.g. British Council ESL resources). This will only be used as a screen-share activity, kept within the Outschool platform.
Please note these resources will only be used with your consent.
