This class is for learners who want to learn or improve their English.  I can teach learners that are just beginning their English journey up to more advanced learners.  Each lesson is tailored to meet the needs of your learner.  I can teach the alphabet, phonics skills, grammar, and reading comprehension.  I can also offer business English classes for older and more advanced learners.   I also offer the option to teach any of my group classes one on one.  

I have been teaching English online for over five years.  Before that, I taught first grade for four years in public schools.  Many of my students in public school were English language learners.  I have experience teaching adult English learners, hosting exchange students in my home, and even my husband is an English language learner!  I also have the experience of learning Spanish as my second language and my son is in bilingual school where he is learning English and Spanish.  I think being bilingual is a wonderful thing and I am so excited to be a part in helping to connect us all in this big, yet small world.

I try my best to help learners enjoy learning.  I come to class with a happy and friendly attitude.  If a little one is having a tough day, I take the time to listen to them and encourage them to keep learning.  If an older student had an awesome new experience, I get excited to hear what they want to share. Yes, part of learning a new language is about reading, grammar, and writing, but I really believe that the point of learning a new language is to connect with more people. I think you will be very pleased with the connection I make with your learner.
