Beginning Piano Lessons is a class offered for any students that are interested in learning piano. I love making piano lessons fun! - Students will meet once a week for 30 minutes. - All lessons are One to One. - This class is for a beginner to intermediate level student. Student will learn beginner to intermediate level piano. Why should we learn to play the piano? Music study benefits learners in so many ways: -become more disciplined -helps us understand and express our moods and attitudes -helps us reorganize our thoughts and feelings while keeping us on track -early music study helps to build our brains -continued music study strengthens our brains -we can make music our whole lives
Mrs. Erickson has 26 years teaching experience at the piano.

Student will need the following supplies: Piano music, cost will be about $10-$40 The exact music will be dependent on the ability levels of the student (please consult with me before you purchase books). Pencil with eraser Spiral notebook Acoustic piano or 88-key keyboard with weighted keys and touch sensitivity Additionally piano music will need to be purchased as the student progresses.
