In these tutoring sessions we will work on the structure of an English paper that you are in the process of writing for an outside class OR I can provide you with an assignment that we can work on together. We can work on thesis generation, paper structure, critical thinking, and MLA citations. My teaching style is focused on understanding how you learn, listening to your frustrations or concerns, and then providing you with tools to gain more confidence in your English writing skills. Coming up with a plan during our first tutoring session will help me understand your goals. I use some slides, and depending on the topic you are writing about, I may offer up some supporting articles or videos.

Learn how to better structure an English essay. Have a strong thesis, main points, transitions, and conclusion.Generate a thesis that is well thought out and showcases your ability to understand your subject.
