課堂經歷
During our one-time, live, class, we will be dancing to a variety of songs from the hit movie, "Encanto" and having a fun dance party! We will begin with each learner introducing themselves with their age and where they live. Following introductions, we will begin our short dance routine. We will be dancing to songs like "The Family Madrigal," "Waiting on a Miracle," "Surface Pressure," "We Don't Talk About Bruno," "All of You," and more! Following learning the simple dance moves, we will put all of our songs together to perform our routine from beginning to end. If time allows, we will play a game of Freeze Dance!

With any sort of physical activity it is important to wear comfortable clothing, bring a water bottle, and take the necessary safety precautions. Learners should inform the instructor of any restrictions or any health and safety issues that are of concern.

I teach Movement classes in studio and online as well! I have been teaching dance for 15+ years to all ages (18months - adult) as well as Fitness classes to kids and adults. Dance has been a major part of my life for 32 years and I love bringing that passion to others. I've worked with young and old, special needs, low-impact or injured, wheel-chair bound, and all others!
I believe that Dance/Movement is a rare "sport" that is all-inclusive; gross and fine motor skills, spatial awareness, emotionally stimulating, builds self-confidence, improves discipline & listening skills, and much more.
My family consists of my super supportive husband, my oldest daughter (10) youngest daughter (8), and then the littlest one is 5years old, but he was born 3-1/2 months early. We spent a significant amount of time in the NICU in the city we live in and are forever grateful for modern medicine! Our life has been a rollercoaster and, as crazy as this sounds, I wouldn't have it any other way... mostly. haha!
Being a mama myself, I try to be flexible with my schedule and appreciate the understanding from parents as I navigate our medically complex son's needs as well as two active girls!
I offer discounts to siblings, love to work with groups that want to dance together online, and I am always willing to work with you on group discounts, multi-class discounts, and one-on-one private lessons!
