Now more than ever, it is important for our children to learn proper email and online etiquette, whether for school or personal use. 💻 Throughout this class, we will cover TOP TIPS for email etiquette that everyone needs to be aware of and follow. By doing so, learners will be a joy to communicate with while being perceived as a caring and intelligent human being. Learners will be exposed to over 60 tips in a manageable manner, using Google slides, interactive activities with Nearpod, and discussion. We will cover the following: 📩 Sending Emails 📩 Formatting Emails 📩 Email Attachments 📩 To, From, CC, BCC, Subject 📩 Email Forwarding 📩 Email and Perception, Privacy, Copyright 📩 Business Email 📩 Social Media, Blogs and Forums 📩 Email Considerations Our Class Timeline: ⏱ 0-5 min: Introductions and Icebreaker ⏱ 5-10 min: Assess Previous Knowledge: Nearpod Activity ⏱ 10-30 min: Top Tips ⏱ 30-40 min: Draft Your Own Email ⏱ 40-45 min: Share Your Email (with our class) ⏱ 45-50 min: Review and Closing
