This 6-week course is designed to empower middle and high school students with the executive functioning skills they need to thrive academically and beyond. Through engaging, interactive lessons and practical exercises, students will build essential study habits, develop accountability, and learn how to approach challenges with confidence. Each week focuses on a core executive function skill, ensuring students gain tools to manage their time, stay organized, set and achieve goals, and maintain focus.
