課堂經歷
Through interactive discussions and hands-on work at home, learners will understand the difference between the plant parts we commonly eat, paying close attention to the stems we eat. Millie will teach the learners how to label different parts of plants and then play a game with vegetables each learner has gathered at home to use for this class. Additionally, Millie will share with learners how regenerative farmers care for the soil in order to grow nutrient-dense food that is healthy to eat, including foods that will be discussed and used during the class.
