🎹 W E L C O M E 🎹 Easy Beginning Piano Part 2 (Accelerated) Each week, over 150 students come to see me in this beautiful virtual world! 🎵 I help learners understand piano and have fun! Kids truly love learning, and I make the entire experience easy and pleasant for parents. 🚨 Reminder: This is a self-paced course. Students are welcome to work through it at the suggested 12-week time frame or faster! 🅼🆈 🅶🅾🅰🅻: My goal is to help students have fun and see music as a game. My experience over the past nineteen years, both in the classroom and studio, has shown me that the best way to motivate learners is to make the learning process feel 𝘦𝘢𝘴𝘺. This has been the key to unlocking potential that my student’s didn’t even know they had! The majority of my students move through their books at a faster rate than the “average” time that the publisher suggests it should take – 50% less time! I believe it is directly connected to the exploratory and creative environment I create in my lessons. It’s very exciting and motivating for a new student to see how quickly they can learn music! 🅷🅾🆆 🅼🆈 🅿🆁🅾🅶🆁🅰🅼 🆆🅾🆁🅺🆂: 1. Begin with the "Easy Beginning Piano Part 1” course. Next up: "Easy Beginning Piano Part 2" Last: "Easy Beginning Piano Part 3!" During these 12-weeks, students learn the basic fundamentals that they need to play piano and complete the Primer Lesson Book to the first part of the “Accelereated Piano Adventure” series together. There are 3 levels to this program which will get students on a great start to their studies alongside one another in an engaging and supportive environment. The program has a total of 32 lessons moving through material at a pace that has been proven effective for over 40 students! 2. Order your book! You can find it at this link: https://amzn.to/43Tgz6m or at most local music stores! ❗️🅸🅼🅿🅾🆁🆃🅰🅽🆃 ❗️ 📹 Full Play-Along Practice videos will be available in the classroom each week for students' review of their songs! No need to re-watch the entire lesson - unless you want to! We will cover the basics: - Posture - Hand Position - Notes on the piano - Rhythm - Music Vocabulary - Reading basic music 𝗗𝗘𝗧𝗔𝗜𝗟𝗦: The course is structured around the concept that children learn music through immersion! Your learner will be given the opportunity to hear me play to model how their pieces go. We will then discuss the songs as they use "visual analysis" in understanding what is happening in the music. This allows the student to build their listening skills (ear training), sight reading (reading music), and creativity (applying musical knowledge to their piece!) 🎶 ＢＯＮＵＳ 🎶 Play-Along 𝗣𝗥𝗔𝗖𝗧𝗜𝗖𝗘 𝗩𝗜𝗗𝗘𝗢𝗦 Following each class, there will be a practice video available for the learner to review and play along with the songs done in class. This is to support the learner in their journey for extra guidance throughout the week. 🚨 𝗣𝗟𝗘𝗔𝗦𝗘 𝗡𝗢𝗧𝗘 🚨 This course does 𝗗𝗢𝗘𝗦 𝗡𝗢𝗧 𝗠𝗘𝗘𝗧 𝗟𝗜𝗩𝗘. Learners are welcome to share their progress with me! This is OPTIONAL. We will also have theory work from your 𝗙𝗥𝗘𝗘 𝗧𝗵𝗲𝗼𝗿𝘆 𝗪𝗼𝗿𝗸𝗯𝗼𝗼𝗸 that is provided for the course. This is printable and meant to support learners on their journey. It's a fun way to review each concept learned! 𝗪𝗛𝗢 𝗜𝗦 𝗧𝗛𝗜𝗦 𝗖𝗟𝗔𝗦𝗦 𝗙𝗢𝗥? ⭐️ The beginner student ⭐️ No previous piano experience ⭐️ Those looking for a review ⭐️ Older beginners ⭐️ To support in-person lessons 🎓 Ms. Diana's Qualifications I have a Masters in Music Education from the University of Miami (2010) and a Bachelors in Piano from The University of Tampa (2007). I first began teaching piano in 2005 and never stopped! I have run my personal piano studio, "Ms. Diana's Dynamic Piano Studio" to ages 6-90 in 1-1 classes while also teaching group piano lessons to Middle and High School age students for 8 years. Students have gone on to win piano awards as well as study music at the college level. Others have simply taken the true joy that is music with them on their continued journeys through life! Students are expected to send a recording of their songs either through the classroom or directly to Ms. Diana once a week. This will enable progress to happen as I will provide individualized feedback to help your learner understand the songs. Students will also have theory which can be posted to the classroom or sent directly to Ms. Diana as well.

Your teacher, Ms. Diana, has taken 500+ primary and middle/high students through this series with successful completion of the level in 95% of student participants. Students have continued on to complete the series, as well as move into their own goals of music. This format has proven to be effective for the beginning piano student in setting a foundation of how to play their best.
