🌟 Try out your first class for FREE with code: DNDWITRIAL30 🌟 Join us as we play Waterdeep: Dragon Heist, set in Waterdeep, the city of splendors! A campaign that features 4 super villains and a mixture of exciting heists, leading to a stash of 500,000 gold! This adventure is full of hilarious mayhem and rubbing shoulders with some of the most iconic characters in all of Dungeons & Dragons. This class is an on-going adventure, students are free to join at any time, they will be integrated at the beginning of their first session. Sessions will be learner-directed based on story and character choices the learners make. To participate in this adventure, students will require access to a computer. Alongside our Zoom meetings, we will be using the websites D&D Beyond (https://www.dndbeyond.com/) and Owlbear Rodeo (https://www.owlbear.rodeo/) to enhance our gameplay. 🎲 Ready to roll the dice? 🎲

Improve skills in communication and cooperation.
Use a combination of logic, strategy and creativity to complete tasks.
Develop skills in storytelling, decision making, invention, research, calculations, negotiation, role-play, and active spatial visualization.
Practice public speaking skills by retelling the events of the previous week.

This class features gameplay that includes fighting and killing monsters, so parents should be aware that the story and themes will include these elements.
We also use the websites D&D Beyond (https://www.dndbeyond.com/) and Owlbear Rodeo (https://www.owlbear.rodeo/). D&D Beyond is an officially licensed game by the Wizards of the Coast who creates the game Dungeons & Dragons. We use the website exclusively for making the characters learners will use and them making a group so players can see each others characters. However parents should note that the website also features an online forum for members of the public. Therefore content cannot be fully censored. Owlbear Rodeo is a website that provides maps to use while playing and nothing else.

I will use the Dungeons & Dragons (5th Ed.) sourcebooks for reference regarding the rules and gameplay. Primarily content found in the Player's Handbook. As well references from Dungeon Master's Guide, Monster Manual, Xanathar's Guide to Everything, and Tasha's Cauldron of Everything.
