Mario Bros fans will love this one-time class where we draw a Christmas tree - but not a regular Christmas tree... a GOOMBA one! This lesson is also part of my Holiday Camp, so no need to take both unless you want to repeat the lesson. I will teach young artists how to identify shapes and lines in Super Mario Bros characters (with a Christmas twist!), and create a drawing by following along, as I guide the process step-by-step. Students may use a pencil with a good eraser, and then go over lines using a black marker. After drawing the figure, we will color them in, and students can use any coloring utensil they prefer! Crayons, colored pencils, markers, paint, pastels, the sky is the limit! While this is an art-based course, we want to also feel like a community, and get to know others who share a love for Super Mario Bros. This class puts a holiday twist on my other Mario Bros character drawing classes!
