課堂經歷
This is a one- time class. Students will learn the basics of chalk pastels. No background knowledge is required. The project pictured above is what will be completed. Pumpkins are one of my favorite things to teach when I teach children about pastels. I will be doing a step by step drawing on how to make a pumpkin drawing with shading using only chalk pastels. I be drawing along with the students. I will guide each student in making the shapes and how to properly use the pastels and blend colors. The picture above was created by a 4th grade student.

A piece construction paper or sketchbook, preferably size 12x18 and chalk pastels. The colors of construction paper that work best are blue, green, white, black, red, and pink.
