In this class, we learn different ways to improve your overall drawing skills. The course will include a series of fun activities that master artists use to look at the world differently. Different drawing techniques we will explore together include: Week 1: Contour Line Drawing- Students will explore different ways to use contour line drawing to look at the form and shape of objects. Week 2: Negative Space Drawing - Students will look at and define the negative space around...
Students will need to purchase a 9 x 12 (a larger sketchbook is okay) Other materials: Black Marker, pencils, eraser, ink pen, compressed charcoal. Materials usually cost around $10 - $15.
