IMPORTANT INFORMATION: **I teach classes with my baby in the room or by wearing baby. Baby may be seen or heard at times during class.** **This class is a discussion only. Learners will read on their own time, outside of class.** Learners will need the book, so they can read independently before the scheduled class times. Learners will read the chapters prior to the class and come to class ready to answer comprehension questions and make predictions. We will talk about our favorite parts and anything else the learners would like to discuss about those chapters. Day 1: Completed Reading - Chapters 1-4 Day 2: Completed Reading - Chapters 5-7 Day 3: Completed Reading - Chapters 8-10

Hello! Welcome to my learning page! I am so glad you found it and are here!
My name is Mrs. Makenna! I love all things math, phonics, reading and sensory play. I even like some science and geography. I taught in the classroom before I started moving around the country with my husband’s job. We love to travel and explore new places. I have been all over the United States and Central America.
My passion is working with children, and I have missed being in the classroom. However, online teaching has been just as fun! I have had the pleasure of working with some learners for several years and have seen so much growth in them. I can’t wait to watch your learner(s) grow, too.
