One of the biggest reasons students struggle with writing is that they do not feel connected to the writing prompt they have been given. Through years of working with students across age groups and turning them from reluctant to ecstatic writers, it has been proven that interest in the writing topic is a key factor in student success. In this 6-week class, students will learn to love writing by focusing on the topic they know best: themselves! Each week will be filled with engaging activities and thought-provoking writing prompts designed to ignite their imagination and develop their writing skills.
