***In order to design a Kahoot quiz, a learner must have a FREE account on Kahoot; there is no need to upgrade to a premium account. 
Per our (Kahoot) Children Privacy Policy, accounts for Students and Social users under 16 (under 13 in the U.S.) have the following limitations:
They must log in with username, not email (except Google or Microsoft single sign-on users).
Featured content on the Discover page can be browsed, but search is disabled.
Their kahoots cannot be shared or made visible to everyone.
Other people's kahoots cannot be shared with them.
They can only start challenges with public kahoots.
Once a user under 16 (under 13 in the U.S.) turns 16 (13 in the U.S.), they'll be asked to verify their email and birthdate the next time they log in. If everything matches, these restrictions will be removed.
