課堂經歷
This fun and interactive ongoing logic puzzles class will encourage students to comprehend and organize sets of clues, deduce logical conclusions, match up attributes, and apply the information to a matrix in order to solve puzzles. Puzzles are known to exercise both sides of the brain, improve memory, problem solving skills, and concentration. Puzzles have even been proven to improve IQ scores! All this while having fun! In this class students will have fun interacting with their peers and enjoy the benefits of exercising their brains as they solve critical thinking puzzles together. Depending on how quickly the students solve the puzzles each class will range from 20 min. to 30 min. Lessons do not build on previous lessons. You can join anytime. The class will solve new logic puzzles each week.

Hello! I’m Teacher Sheila.
I’ve been teaching both children and adults for over 20 years.
I have a Bachelors Degree in education, I’m TESOL certified and I’m homeschool certified as well.
I am currently teaching English online to children in China. I also offer classes in Common Core subjects Online in the US as well.
I have home schooled all five of my children, 4 have graduated 12th grade and I’m currently working with my last kid who will be starting High School this year.
I am so very passionate about teaching that I even spend much of my free time in volunteer work teaching others. My goal is to instill in my students a lifelong love of learning.
In fact I believe in learning so much that I am always involved continuing education myself, whether it be in foreign language, improving my teaching techniques and even weekly public speaking classes.
I believe I have a LOT to bring to the classroom and I’m EXCITED to begin on this journey in learning with you! I hope to see YOU in my classroom soon!
