One of the three pillars of D&D is Combat. There will be battles and death, but all in high fantasy. We keep every description of situations to a low PG rating. We also discuss “safety tools” that any student can use if a description or situation becomes uncomfortable, we can use a “veil” to fade to the next scene. This ensures that we are keeping everything fun and exciting for everyone. D&D is inclusive to everyone from all walks of life.
It is recommended, but not required to have a copy of the Players Handbook and your additional +1 source book for your character.
