Ready to dance?!

This dance party workout features classes built on Zumba style. The classes are beginner friendly, simple dance combinations that are easy to follow and keep learners engaged.
In this class, kids will dance to songs from movies like Encanto, Moana, Frozen, as well as popular current songs.

What to expect: 
My classes adhere to a simple structure as follows:
Warm up/stretching, followed by dancing combinations, and finishing off with cool down, stretching.
It is advised to have some extra stretching after the class.

How to prepare:
Learners need an open space to participate safely in the class.
Gym shoes, comfortable clothing as well as water to hydrate throughout the class. If a learner has any disability or injury I ask parents to message me before hand or let me know at the beginning of the class to make the appropriate modifications. It is also advised for parents to be close to the learners for safety precautions.

Class expectations:
While I do my best to encourage participation from learners enrolled in my classes. Learners will be muted following introductions due to background noise that cannot be prevented and it’s interferences with music/instruction.

I will be your kid's biggest hype woman. My goal with this class is for my learners to have fun, work on their coordination and leave the classroom feeling accomplished of their dance moves.
