舞蹈、移動與伸展 - Gabby,s Dollhouse

Let's get up and MOVE!  If you love Gabby's Dollhouse or just love moving to fun music join in!  This class is for all ability levels and a great way to motivate stretching, movement and fun!  (You absolutely DO NOT have to have seen the show to do this class.  All songs are fun and age appropriate).  Coloring sheets will also be provided and learners can upload a photo of their finished picture!

In this self-paced class each week we will do a stretch, learn some new moves and practice both fine and gross motor skills.  We will use various songs from the Gabby's Dollhouse series.  Movements will be inspired by different genres of dance (ballet, jazz, hip hop).  We will be learning movements and then using them to dance in a FOLLOW THE LEADER STYLE.  We won't be learning specific dance routines.  Learners will be guided through basic dance steps while practicing listening skills and coordination.  Learners will also have the opportunity to be creative with how they move and FREESTYLE!  Each class will also include a FREEZE DANCE activity (last class will have TWO).  As the dance steps are taught, learners will be given pointers on how to stay on the beat and have good musicality.  They will even have a chance to practice pronouncing some of the dance vocabulary.  See the four week schedule below:

*THIS CLASS IS TO INSPIRE and MOTIVATE MOVEMENT!  A few steps will be taught but there will be NO formal dance routines.
*Choreography learned will be created originally by the instructor but inspired by the show. 
*Dance experience is helpful but NOT required for this class.

*This class has a flexible age range.  Moves are basic but may be fast and require a bit of practice.
*This class is PRE-RECORDED videos.  One video will be posted per week.  You can view the video as many times as you like.  Learners can message the teacher and ask questions to interact and receive feedback.
*Pre-recorded Classes are great for busy schedules as you can do them at a time that is best for your schedule.  You can also pause and go back if you need a step repeated.
