Dance Exercise Class 1- Introduction to Dance Fitness
In this lesson, we will learn the importance of warm-ups and stretching. We will practice this through dances. This lesson will also introduce multiple fitness exercises incorporated into the dances.
課 2:
Dance Exercise Class 2
This lesson will focus on developing more dance moves and exercises. Building upon lesson one, we will warm-up and stretch before learning new dances.

Any potential hazards should be considered, including but not limited to the need for an open workout space, appropriate footwear, a water bottle if necessary, and sufficient stretching beforehand. Additionally, injuries may occur if proper supervision is not provided.
