Welcome to this incredible class, where it's all about empowering your child's well-being through mindfulness and affirmations! Each day, we gather with warm "hellos," creating a tight-knit community where kids can freely express themselves and make new friends.

We kick things off with a short "meditation," a moment to pause, breathe, and embrace the present moment. It's amazing how this simple practice brings a sense of calm amidst life's chaos!

Our mindfulness activities are super fun and diverse – from soothing body scans to exploring our senses and appreciating the little wonders of life. It's a journey of self-awareness and compassion, nurturing their inner strength.

But the real magic lies in affirmations! With uplifting words, we plant seeds of empowerment, teaching kids they're capable, worthy, and oh-so-cherished. It's like fueling their inner superpowers!

The best part? This class is a judgment-free zone, open to kids anytime. We're big on consistency – 15 minutes daily – because mental workouts, just like physical ones, thrive on practice!

If your child's dealing with anger, self-esteem, focus, motivation, or emotional challenges, This is a great class for them! This class equips them with resilience and courage to conquer life's ups and downs.

I have been teaching Positive affirmations for 2 years on Outschool. It has had an amazing effect on so many of my students. I am hoping to expand on that class and add in meditation and mindfulness since I have been personally practicing these skills for a while now.
