烹飪數學：每週烹飪和烘焙俱樂部

Do you love to cook and bake? Do you want to increase your skill level and confidence with fractions, decimals, and unit conversions? In Culinary Math: Weekly Cooking and Baking Club, we will be busy in the kitchen crafting a new recipe, while practicing math skills!

Each week we will read and follow a new recipe, measure ingredients, find equivalent fractions and decimals, and practice unit conversions, while cooking or baking a delicious snack or meal!

**Note: Some recipes will require students to complete baking and/or icing/decorating after the weekly class session has ended.**

Recipe Schedule:
Week of October 25: Iced Sugar Cookies
Week of November 1: Soft Pretzels
Week of November 8: Bread Pudding
Week of November 15: Pumpkin Pie
Week of November 22: No Class
*More dates will be added to the schedule.

Learners should be familiar with a few basic Zoom features to be successful in this course, including how to unmute*.
*I do not mute learners unless there is background noise that is distracting to other learners. I will give an initial warning before having to mute any learners, but if the background noise continues I will have to mute a learner, they may unmute themselves when they would like to speak and then mute themselves again after sharing what they want to say.

This is an ongoing class. Outschool charges your credit card every Sunday. If you would like to cancel your subscription, you will need to do so before Sunday so that you will not be charged for the following week.
