This ongoing class will provide the learner an opportunity to improve their creative writing skills. Each week a Creative Writing Prompt will be provided by the teacher using the RAFT (Role, Audience, Format, Topic) method. The writers will use the prompt to write their assignment. Assignments will be submitted to teacher. General feedback will be discussed. This class is designed as a fun non-academic writing class.

Teaching has always been my first love and now I am enjoying it during this chapter in my life. I am a semi-retired Director of Human Resources. That career has given me the opportunity to teach classes on Leadership, Confidence, Self Esteem, Careers, Social Injustice and other Life Skills.
As an elementary school substitute teacher for the last 5 years, I can also invest in your child’s reading, writing, spelling and grammar. These fundamental courses are the foundation to your child’s success in life.
I value education and have a Masters Degree in Human Resources and Management and am a adjunct faculty member teaching Human Resource and Management courses at Park University.
I have an easy-going, interactive teaching style that is fun!
