Students will learn some basic simple structures of facial features.  By learning and understanding how the features relate to each other, they will be able to draw their own characters . They can also use this knowledge to practice and create more realistic faces or add exaggeration to them and create characters that look like caricatures or comic faces.  This is a great way to get children to add characters to their sketchbooks and doodles. It’s also an awesome activity to combine academics with creativity.
