課堂經歷
In this class your child will get to make a card expressing their gratitude and what they are thankful for. It is a great class to spark thankfulness and get your child thinking about the special thanksgiving holiday! Your child will first pick someone they want to send a card to and then brainstorm reasons why they are thankful for them. During class, we will be using Canva (a digital design website) we will briefly go over ways to use the site and pick out the correct templates. Your child will be able to design their own thank you card! I will Instruct them of the necessary elements to sending the card via mail, but they are free to send it electronically as well! I will show them how to print their card if they choose! This is a great class for the creative individuals who want to practice using Canva, make digital art, and or practice gratitude.

Hello! My name is Mrs. C :)
I have been working on Outschool for 2 years! It has been an incredible experience and I still have some of my original students from my first class! (Daily Positive Affirmations)
I never thought that I would be able to connect and work with students/families so well in an "online" based school. I am so grateful!
I have many years of teaching experience online and in-person.
I have taught a wide range of students including students in Special Education, Elementary Physical Education, Science, Reading, Math and also Preschool!
I have always enjoyed working with children and recently just graduated with my Bachelors of Arts in Child Development.
I love giving children a safe, fun environment to learn and grow, so in my classes I often will teach social emotional skills that help them in their daily life along with their academic life.
I like to give students a chance to be themselves, create, communicate, have fun but also learn.
In my class I try really hard to reach every type of learner. I include visuals like videos and pictures, I include movement , I include activities that prompt hands-on learning with interactive slides, worksheets and questionnaires, and for the little ones I include song and dance.
My class is a happy place full of growth, positivity, learning, socializing, and creativity.
There are only good vibes in Mrs. C’s Class!
To keep the good vibes going in my personal life, I love to create art and I enjoy going to the beach and swimming.
I am a forever learner and I love to learn about other places,cultures and people, so I am often traveling and on a new adventure somewhere.
