In this one time class we will explore the long and interesting history of Cranberries through an interactive presentation. Class will be focussed on a slide presentation with notes and pictures. Learners will share their ideas and thoughts during discussion. Topics: - History of cranberries - Uses of cranberries - How cranberries became a Fall and Winter Holiday Food - Compare and contrast Most popular Cranberry dishes - Then and Now - Fun Facts about Cranberries Class concludes with a discussion of final thoughts.

Learners will be able to Compare and Contrast Cranberry growing, preparing and cooking methods, past and present.
