Have you wondered what you could do with items that you normally just throw away? Would you like to learn how to turn them into something fun? You're in luck! I will teach you how you can take the husks from fresh corn and turn them into something fun! Corn husk dolls and corn husk balls. Day 1 -I will be teaching how to prepare corn husks fresh off the cob to be able to be used for corn husk ball and doll making. -Give history of the corn husk dolls. -Give advice and encourage learners to come up with their own ideas on how they can customize their corn husk dolls and corn husk balls. -Give them the information on how to prepare the corn husk before the next class to be ready to use Day 2 -Remind learners to have their corn husks prepped before class starts. -Make the corn husk dolls and corn husk balls, Showing basic and advanced ways to make them. -Help the learners to achieve their creative goals. -Teach hand ball game with corn husk balls.

How to decrease wast by using something that is normally just thrown away and turn it into something fun.
Practice hand eye coordination with a game you can use the corn husk balls for.
