In this circle time, we will sing, read, and learn about numbers and related mathematical concepts. Each week will feature new images and stories that highlight counting, shapes, patterns, and other math skills. Songs will include a mix of new and repeated songs to build familiarity and participation. I like to incorporate finger movement and props into my songs and rhymes. Topics that may be included: - counting to 10 - adding and subtracting to 10 - days of the week - months of the year - colors - shapes - patterns - opposites - measurement
