課堂經歷
Students should ALREADY have some very basic note-taking experience (see my Taking Notes for the Absolute Beginner course if needed!) This course will not teach students basic note-taking but will teach them the process and layout of Cornell style and method of note-taking. Students will learn: * What Cornell style note-taking looks like * How to set up a Cornell-style note-taking sheet * How to use the Cornell-style sheet to take notes * How to process and use Cornell notes after class immediately and for test/project preparation * Pros and cons of using this method of note-taking There is some time built into the end of the class session for questions and answers. We may even have time to test this model of note-taking.

Students should ALREADY be taking notes and/or have some basic note-taking knowledge. This course is optimal for students enrolled in online or in-person classes as well as those doing intensive self-study.

Students also need a sheet of lined/filler paper and a writing instrument for class. There will be other handouts that they may want to print before class but will be available afterward if needed and shown on the screen during the class.
