Baking during the holidays is something that I’ve been doing with my family for as long as I can remember. I am excited to share my love of baking with your teen. In this 4-week flexible schedule class, students will be making four different holiday cookie recipes: Sugar Cookies, Gingerbread Cookies, Snickerdoodles, and Chocolate Crinkles. Students will improve their skills and confidence as bakers in the kitchen by practicing making cookies.
I have been cooking and baking with my mom since I was a young girl. My mom, a professional baker, has inspired me to be creative in the kitchen. I now share my love of cooking and baking with my own children (and my family and friends). I am excited to share my love of cooking and baking with other young home chefs as well.

The students will make four different recipes by following the instructional videos. Each week, the students will be given a list of the ingredients and tools that they will need in order to make the recipe of the week. Students will also receive a shopping list for all 4 weeks, before the first class.
