In this self paced course, students will be guided through recipes for four different desserts: dirt pudding, muddy buddies, banana pudding, and monster cookie dough bites. The students will make the recipes with the teacher's instructions (in the videos). The students are encouraged to post a picture or video to share their desserts with the teacher. Students will improve their skills as chefs in the kitchen by practicing making desserts.
I have been cooking and baking with my mom since I was a young girl. My mom, a professional baker, has inspired me to be creative in the kitchen. I now share my love of cooking and baking with my own children (and my family and friends). I am excited to share my love of cooking and baking with other young home chefs as well.
The students will make four different recipes by following the instructional videos. The students will be given a list of the ingredients and tools that they will need in order to make each recipe. Students will also receive a shopping list for all 4 recipes at the beginning of the course.
