課堂經歷

📣Calling all young chefs! This live, interactive cooking class will teach kids to create simple, healthy recipes they’ll love—with guidance from a Culinary Registered Dietitian. Each week, we’ll tackle a new dish, from fun breakfast ideas to hearty dinners. Learners will practice essential kitchen skills, explore better-for-you versions of their favorite meals, and gain confidence in the kitchen. Recipes are adaptable for vegetarian, vegan, or plant-based diets. Parents: keep an eye out for updated supply lists to prepare for class!

🤩Featured student choice weeks lets kids have a say in the recipes.


Learners enrolled should have an adult nearby to assist if the need arises. Please note..Time is dependent on the pace of the class.

父母的引導和規範
A Parent should be on the premises to assist chefs in the kitchen if needed. Parents should be available in case of accidents or emergencies. Outschool policy is that parents remain off-camera and only the enrolled learner may participate. Because of the nature of cooking and baking classes and safety, all cameras must remain on and learner and cooking area must be in focus. Families need to notify the instructor ASAP about any potential allergies. Most times, substitutions can be made for many. Each family is responsible for knowing what ingredients their family can have. Please contact the instructor for any questions.

Hello! I’m Mrs. Lisa, a professional culinary Registered Dietitian and educator. I have nearly 30 years of experience teaching cooking, baking, and nutrition to learners of all ages, from toddlers to seniors. My love for food began as a child baking Southern classics with my grandmother, and I’ve since pursued formal training at Immaculata University (B.S. in Food and Nutrition Science, minor in Child Development) and Le Cordon Bleu Boston, as well as numerous culinary workshops.

As an instructor, I combine my expertise with a passion for making learning fun and interactive. I believe food brings people together, and my goal is to empower kids with kitchen confidence while teaching the science, culture, and joy of cooking. In this class, I’ll help your child create a delicious recipe and learn valuable life skills.

When I’m not teaching, I love traveling, hosting dinner parties, and sharing food experiences with my family. I’m so excited to welcome your child to my kitchen classroom—let’s bake something amazing together!
