We will talk about a different theme each week to increase conversational skills and vocabulary. Topics might include: animals, things in my home, foods, my family, colors, and more. Children will be encouraged to answer questions and share items that fit the theme. This is a relaxed class allowing us to go in many different directions depending on the needs of the group. Children will be encouraged, but not forced to speak. I will use a mixture of expressive and responsive language depending on the level of the student. Would you like to try this class for free? This class helps English language learners practice their verbal communication skills. It uses many props and digital images to assist in comprehension. Encouragement, positivity, and rewarding effort encourage participation.
