Each week students will learn a tool and/or a fact that will help them increase their self-confidence and self-esteem. I will present visuals in a slide show and we will practice different techniques such as journaling, drawing, repeating affirmations, visualizing and more. I have been teaching personal development skills to children for the last 6 years. I help kids of all ages learn tools to help them love and honor their unique attributes and live as their best selves.
Paper and pen or pencil colors are optional
