In this ongoing class, learners will learn basic computer skills, such as adjusting volume and video controls, safely powering down their device, etc. Also, we will go over different Microsoft & Google items, such as excel, word, powerpoint, etc.. I will share my screen and walk learners through how to use each application and some tips and tricks. They will need access to their application in order to practice. Mrs. V is a homeschooling mom who has a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management and Communications. My current position as an IT Coordinator has provided me with the ability to work with others in basic computer use and troubleshooting. I have experience working with Elementary and Middle School aged students in a school setting and as a tutor. Also, I have worked with high school and college students in the area or career and college readiness.
Students will need access to a Microsoft or Google account to practice the items taught in the classroom.
