Learners will learn about the many steps to applying and getting into college. Learners will learn about costs and how to obtain scholarships and grants. Learners will learn about the college application process and what is involved. Learners will learn about dorm life, or being a commuter student. Learners will become familiar about services for those with disabilities. Learners will learn about the variety of colleges out there. Students will learn about important dates for applying for financial aid and for applying to colleges and universities. Learners will be able to ask questions to better understand the college planning process.
Each learner should have some paper and a pen/pencil to take down notes.
