This course will cover cold case crimes including murder. Details of the crimes may be discussed. These details can include information from the police reports, medical examiner's reports, and court reports. This information can be troubling for some individuals, and the parent/guardian should carefully consider the subject matter prior to enrolling in the course. Students will also be asked to research their own cold case. In conducting such research, students will be reviewing information from police reports, medical examiner's reports, court reports, or the summary of such reports by third parties.
