使用 Scratch 進行編碼 - 適合高級

In this ongoing class, students will be challenged as they enhance their coding skills on Scratch. 

This class is for advanced learners. Lessons are fast paced and aimed for students who have a lot of experience with Scratch.  

I recommend students new to coding with Scratch to take my Beginners class or join the Beginners' ongoing class.  Students should be able to read commands and follow along with teacher.  It is also beneficial for students to see teacher's screen while coding.  

Students will work on the basics of programming, problem solving and critical thinking skills using Scratch. Each week will be a unique project and may be student driven. 

Students will learn the following in a series of classes:  
- code one or more sprites
- change the look and size of a sprite
- use one or more backdrops
- create your own sprite and/or backdrop
- add speech bubbles to sprite
- add/record sound 
- use repeat/forever/if - then controls
- hide and show sprites
- use simple variables 
- use operators 
- code with pen tool 

Students will need a computer or laptop to code.
