Welcome to Club Canva where young designers unite! This is a 6-week enrichment class where learners will take on different design challenges using Canva. Each class will feature a quick mini-lesson about a graphic design principle such as contrast, balance, or white space then learners will receive a mission. The mission will describe a design challenge they will complete during class. Before students begin, the teacher will share the screen to model live how to use Canva to complete the design challenge. Learners will post their designs in the classroom for feedback and discussion. Students will self-evaluate their own creations on a scale of 1-4. They will be encouraged to revise and resubmit in the Outschool classroom for further feedback.

Design challenges are outlined in the syllabus but will allow opportunities for students to use their creativity when designing based on template designs already in Canva.
