雞、火雞、鴨子、鵝 - 了解後院家禽品種

Explore many breeds of chickens, turkeys, ducks, and geese found on farms and in backyards in this one time class. More familiar breeds as well as rare and heritage birds will be highlighted. This class has more of a focus on breeds, and not how to take care of them. Information will be presented through use of pictures and video in a lecture format. Discussion will be encouraged through questions along the way.  Learners are encouraged to ask any questions they may have. Much of the information presented will come from the instructor's own experience in raising and showing her personal flock.
