課堂經歷
This class will cover part 1 of a high school chemistry class. I teach through direct instruction, discussion, small groups, videos, and some independent practice. No previous experience is required but some basic math skills would be helpful such as addition/subtraction, multiplication/division, scientific notation, graphs, and some basic literacy requirements.

Before I was a science teacher I worked as a molecular biologist. It was a rewarding experience but what I was really interested was working as a teacher. It was the best decision I could have made. I really love hanging out with my students and teaching them science. I'm looking forward teaching a broader range of things to a different kinds of kids. I've been a brick and mortar science teacher now for a number of years and I've been teaching on Outschool since spring of 2020. I have a bachelors in science from Andrews University, a masters in molecular biology from Tulane University, and a masters in teaching from USC. 評論
