課堂經歷

Go team, go! 

Cheerleading teaches teamwork, discipline, physical fitness, and working towards something bigger than yourself. I am so excited to combine my skills of being a former NCAA Division 1 cheerleader, and a professionally lisenced teacher to teach children correct stretching, motions, cheers, jumps, and kicks! 

Class will begin with introductions and expectations. We will then stretch to music. Once warmed up, aspiring cheerleaders will learn correct motions. We will then learn and practice jumps and kicks, and then put it all together into game time cheers! 

Class will always be fun, upbeat, and have a positive atmosphere! Learners do not need any prior experience for this class!

父母的引導和規範
Learners will be partaking in physical activity. Please note that injuries may occur if not supervised by an adult. Learners will NOT be learning pyramids or tumbling. Jumps and kicks have potential to cause injury if learners do not stretch properly together at the beginning of class. Please be sure your learner has a water bottle. Inform the teacher before class if your learner has a physical disability.

Tennis shoes and appropriate clothing (shorts, or pants, and a t-shirt) are required
