Welcome to our weekly watercolor class for scientists, historians and artists alike, where we will learn how to draw and how to use different watercolor painting techniques and learn about a variety of things throughout the year. 

This watercolor class is perfect for beginning artists and specializes using step by step drawing and painting demonstrations to help blossoming artists perfect their skills. All artists are welcome to participate in this watercolor class, no matter their skill level.

This watercolor class is perfect for both neuro divergent learners and homeschool families because it combines a variety of general subject matter including mathematics, science and sometimes history while using an adaptable teaching style. Each day your student will be encouraged to ask questions and will have the opportunity to display their watercolor painting at the end of each session.

The first half of class will begin with good news and an ice breaker. This will allow all of us to get a better chance to get to know your student and their friends. Then, we will then watch an educational YouTube video about the topic we are focusing on for that week. Next, we will assess what we have learned by playing a fun and interactive trivia game. Then, after game time, we will draw and paint with watercolor under the guidance of a certified art educator. 

Each class will focus on one particular subject and a few watercolor techniques.  This will allow everyone the opportunity to add their own personal flairs to their watercolor paintings and practice the new skill set not only under the guidance of an art teacher but also at home. Doing so will allow each student to build their confidence outside of class and create a sense of independence.
