Do you have questions about the world of Real Estate? Are you exploring career options? I am a licensed agent in Texas ready to teach you the ins and outs of the business! The details are Texas specific, but the information is generally the same in all states. Lesson 1: Courses and Testing- Learn the requirements to get your license. (17 minutes) Lesson 2: Getting started- Finding a broker and marketing (13 minutes) Lesson 3: Job Duties: Buyer vs seller agent, hosting open houses, property showings (18 minutes) Lesson 4: Closing process- Learn the steps of getting to the closing table (8 minutes) Lesson 5: Pros vs Cons- Discuss earning potentials and the perks and challenges of the job(15 minutes) You are welcome to respond to discussion topics and ask questions at any time.
