Each meeting we: - Discuss automotive news articles - Explore a car/make/model of the week - Share recent car-related sightings/personal discoveries/activities. Example: “Yesterday my family was driving behind a mint-condition 1960’s Mustang. It was cool-looking but I prefer the tail lights on modern Mustangs.” At the end of each meeting I share with families a customized PDF with links to articles, videos, etc., allowing students and families to dig deeper into our automotive topic of the week. Upcoming weekly topics: - Mar 16-22………. Honda CRX - Mar 23-29………… Audi RS 6 - Mar 30-Apr 5…..… Morgan Plus Four - Apr 6-12………… Mitsubishi Eclipse - Apr 13-19…….. Chevy Camaro - Apr 20-26……….. My house is full of car enthusiasts! I’m the proud owner of a 2010 Mustang. Our household owns a 1983 Porsche 944, a turboed Hyundai Veloster, a 2001 Crown Victoria with side pipes, and a 1990 Miata. I also enjoy working on our cars (I dropped my transmission to fix a leak, did the timing belt and water pump on the Miata, lots of general maintenance break jobs and oil changes…). Not only do my sons and I attend local car meets, two of my sons now run their own car group with members driving everything from a 2023 Supra to a 1995 Civic sporting a rattle can paint job. 評論
