Teacher holds a summa cum laude B.A. in psychology, an M.A. in Liberal Studies, is a Yoga & Meditation college professor, holds the highest credentials from the Yoga Alliance as a Teacher and lead Yoga Teacher Trainer, and is also a Yoga therapist.   She is an experienced teacher in the fields of Yoga, Breathing, Meditation and Happiness for Outschool families, as well as at the college level and privately.
