This class is designed to meet a variety of learning needs. Audio, visual and movement lesson and activities will be utilized.

🧑‍🏫 Parental Guidance: Built to Move This course is designed to be independent and kid-friendly, perfect for elementary-aged learners (grades 2–5). No prior knowledge is needed—just curiosity and access to a device with internet and a printer to print activity book and project. What Parents Can Expect: Weekly modules with short videos, interactive activities, and creative projects Learning that supports science standards and body awareness Encouragement of healthy habits and physical movement A final project: "My skeleton" to show what your child has learned How You Can Support Your Learner: Help your child log in to the platform each week Provide paper, crayons, and printer for student activities Ask your child to teach you what they learned—it’s a great way to reinforce knowledge! Celebrate the final week with your child’s skeleton project The course is flexible—complete it in 6 weeks or go at your own pace. It’s a fun and educational way to help your child understand what makes their body Built to Move! 🚨 NOTE: Students have the option to partake in brain break/exercise videos. Nothing is needed except space to move, a water bottle and a smile!
