In this class, students will honor their unique selves, transform negative self-talk to positive self-talk, create positive affirmations for the future they desire, and will use visualization meditaiton to create and deepen neural pathways in order to set their desires in motion. I am a personal development teacher and life coach for kids that has a strong desisre to teach kids how to love themselves and soar in self-confidence. I am a certified middle school teacher and certified HeartMath Coach. I have worked with youth for 15 + years. I laugh and smile a lot in class, because I truly am happy to be there!
